Summary of My Selling Policies Payment All Auctions are to be paid within 7 days and contact made within 3 days. Paypal, Major Credit Cards or Postal Orders & Cheques are the only accepted payment method. Fees We currently a small company and are not required to charge VAT. Discounts We offer discounts for multiple purchases via are website at www.picturemy.co.uk only or common multiple purchases are listed in our eBay store all other discounts can be gained by using the Best Offer system on eBay. Trade customers can only purchase via our store at www.picturemy.co.uk or contacting me directly. Trade customers are not dealt with via eBay on via our website. Shipping Please note we only ship framed canvas to the UK. We ship via Royal Mail or DHL. Shipping charges cover postage, packing materials, packing labour and courier collection from premises fees. All shipping charges are fixed for the UK only. We no longer ship outside the UK. Not all postal services are available to all areas. Where a next day service is requested and paid for a refund will only be given against postage for late delivery. We reserve the right not to post to address which are not confirmed via Paypal. DHL deliveries require a telephone number. Photo & Negatives Where photos or negatives are submitted for scanning, the customer must insure the photo against loss or damage during their return with their canvas when the the replacement value is greater than £5. Any customer who does not purchase additional insurance for their photos will not be covered against loss or damage of their photo or negatives in return transit. Delivery product build takes upto 10 working days but normally this is 1-5 working day subject to work load. We deliver on freepost using either 1st Class Recorded post or DHL economy service for free post items. We use DHL or Royal Mail Special Delivery for 24/48 hr deliveries. Images requiring scanning and or alteration (colour correction,enlargement, cropping etc) will require approval before final printing delays in approval will delay printing and posting times. All proofs are FINAL once accepted. Addtional fees are payable for alterations after this time. Refunds & Returns For enlargement work and alterations to images, all work is subject to your approval via email prior to printing, once a print is approved a refund will only be given for faulty or goods damaged in transit. This does not effect your rights under UK and European Law. We offer a full refund of the purchase price minus the shipping charges (packing and postage at cost for free post customers £4) if the customer is not satisfied within the first 7 days after arrival on commercial artwork only purchased via the shop provided the item is returned in original saleable condition.The buyer must also pay return postage.( this does not cover personalised artwork customer supplied or customer supplied photo printed canvases) Terms & Conditions Work will start apon arrival of both cleared payments and photograph (digital or paper copy). If the supplied artwork is unsuitable for printing a full refund of the purchase price will be given minus any costs incurred. Artwork and photographs must be received within 14 days of end of auction after this time we reserve the right to refund 80% of the purchase price and leave neutral feedback indicating failure to supply artwork to complete job. All alterations will require approval via email. Upon approval the canvas will be produced and shipped within 10 working days plus shipping time. All artwork is shipped using Royal Mail or Parcel Force and may require a signature. If the parcel is received damaged the parcel must be reported via email within 24 hrs to allow us to claim (if signing for the parcel please indicate damaged parcel on signing). Please ensure you are available to accept the parcel on it's first attempt as we do not accept damage caused by storage at the post office after first attempt of delivery or by third parties. All packaging and the damaged item must be kept until the claim has been processed or 6 months has passed. If you require a refund please contact us first to get approval and conditions for return before returning the item. All refunds will be made via paypal or postal order within 28 days of receipt.
